Student Bookstore Charging Process

All registered students can charge required textbooks and program supplies available in the bookstore.  Other items may be charged if you have available financial aid.

Financial aid charging is made available each semester to students who have a certified financial aid award and who have funds that exceed the amount of their tuition and fees.  Financial aid charging allows students to charge items at the bookstore up to the amount of available funds after tuition, fees, books and required supplies have been deducted.  Any items not covered by a student’s financial aid will be the student’s responsibility to pay.  You CANNOT charge unless you have a certified financial aid award, have set up a payment plan, or made the required minimum payment.

Bookstore charging begins:

  • August 1 for fall semester
  • December 1 for spring semester
  • May 1 for summer semester

The charging period ends on the fifth day of each semester.

Charging in the Bookstores:

To charge in the bookstores, you must present your student id or other photo id at the time of purchase and present your class schedule.
